Shrimp pellet feed: The production process is generally as follows: first, different raw materials are crushed by a pulverizer, and then the raw materials are mixed by a raw material pre-mixer. The mixed raw materials are semi-finished products of shrimp compound feed, and the next step is the process of making pellets, pre-mixing The good compound feed enters the mechanical conditioner and then the ring film presses the pellets! The diameter of the ring film is the diameter of the feed. To make pellet feeds of different sizes, use ring films of different diameters, and the extruded pellet feed is the finished product Pellet feed! This temperature can make the powder semi-cooked, and finally the conditioned powder is extruded into pellet feed through the annular film, so the pellet feed is semi-cooked feed.

1. Extruded feed
The production process of extruded feed is generally the same as that of pellets, but extruded feed has two more procedures than pellet feed. Granules are finer. The second is the extruding machine. The temperature of feed raw materials in the extrusion cavity is as high as 110-200 degrees, under high pressure, in the environment, continuous mixing, quenching, heating, pressurization, curing, extrusion, extrusion of the film hole and then abruptly depressurized to form Puffy and porous pellet feed.

In addition, the water content of extruded feed is much lower than that of pelleted feed, because in the process of high temperature and high pressure, water is lost, and 1.1 tons of powder raw materials are made into pellets, only about 1 ton of finished extruded feed.

2. Water entry properties
In order to ensure that the pellet feed does not dissolve in water for a long time, it is necessary to add a large amount of binders such as high-gluten flour or other animal-absorbable binders to achieve the effect of long-term non-melting in water. Because the price of extruding machinery and process costs are much higher, the price of extruded feed is generally higher than that of pellet feed, and extruded feed is generally made into high-grade fish feed.

6. Absorption problems
The extruded feed is subjected to high temperature and high pressure to eliminate a large number of bacteria, with good taste, and the absorption must be better than that of similar raw material pellets.
