Smith left the game with 7:43 remaining in regulation after being bowled over by New Yorks Derick Brassard. The Coyotes have recalled goaltender Mark Visentin from the AHLs Portland Pirates. Visentin, who has never appeared in an NHL game, he was selected in the first round, 27th overall, in the 2010 NHL draft.
