We have multiple development projects that share much of the same source code. When Klocwork reports defects, the same problem shows up redundantly in different projects as different PIDs. This is not an issue if the defect can be fixed in the source code, but when it is a false positive, it is a nuisance to change the status and add a comment for each project for the same defect.Since Klocwork does not have source-code annotation (which would address this issue handily) what is the alternative? And if there is none, is there a way to programmatically change the status of a defect?

Please help.
