The energy would come from solar patterns, water energy and wind energy (so all renewable and sustainable energy sources ), which would help the environment. There should absolutely be parks in the city, so you have a place where you could relax, meet your friends and stay outside.
I am a real book lover, so the biggest building in the city would definetly be a library. The books would be from every cathegory and the library would be a meeting point for interested persons.
