With five unbeaten teams entering Week 4 play, the 3-0 Broncos leap the Patriots to rise to No. 1 in this weeks ESPN NFL Power Rankings. A Week 3 win against the Bengals was enough to push ESPNs power panel (a group of more than 80 writers, editors and TV personalities) to move the Broncos into the polls top slot.Check out the rest of the league and where each team ranks.Previous rankings: Week 3 | Week 2 | Week 1 | PreseasonESPN Stats & Information contributed the following information.1. Denver Broncos2016 record: 3-0 Week 3 ranking: No. 5QB Trevor Siemian is getting better by the week and that could be a scary thing for the rest of the NFL. The reigning champs still have a top defense and plenty of skill on offense. The Broncos head east to face the turnover-prone Bucs in Week 4.2. New England Patriots2016 record: 3-0 Week 3 ranking: No. 1Hey Bill, just start Julian Edelman at quarterback this week against the Bills. Youve won with a second- and third-stringer this season, so go for gold. The rest of the AFC East teams are all 1-2, and FPI gives your team the best odds at making the playoffs (94 percent). Just do it.3. Seattle Seahawks2016 record: 2-1 Week 3 ranking: No. 10The Seahawks looked like the Seahawks in Week 3, but QB Russell Wilson continues to take some nasty hits. The good news is that despite the offensive struggles for most of the season, the defense has allowed only 37 points. Seattle plays at the Jets next.4. Minnesota Vikings2016 record: 3-0 Week 3 ranking: No. 7The Vikings lead the NFL in sacks and have allowed the third-fewest points (13.3 per game). Quarterbacks Sam Bradford and Shaun Hill have played well, but it is the defense that has carried the Vikings to their 3-0 start. The Vikings host the Giants on Monday night in Week 4.5. Arizona Cardinals2016 record: 1-2 Week 3 ranking: No. 3Should we start worrying about Arizona? Including playoffs, the Cardinals are 2-4 in their past six games and have lost by 15-plus points three times. Seems unlikely to happen again this week at home against the Rams, but who knows how QB Carson Palmer and the Cardinals will bounce back?6. Green Bay Packers2016 record: 2-1 Week 3 ranking: No. 9Is something wrong with QB Aaron Rodgers? Guess not. Rodgers threw for four touchdowns before halftime to beat the Lions and push the Packers to 2-1. The Packers enjoy a bye this week, and should get comfy ... they wont be leaving Green Bay again until Halloween.7. Philadelphia Eagles2016 record: 3-0 Week 3 ranking: No. 15The Eagles head into their bye week 3-0 behind a rookie head coach and a rookie quarterback who has yet to turn over the ball. The Eagles also have allowed only 27 points through three weeks, best in the NFL.8. Carolina Panthers2016 record: 1-2 Week 3 ranking: No. 4It took the Panthers three games to match their 2015 loss total (including playoffs). The hits are piling up for QB Cam Newton, but that soft Falcons pass rush could provide much-needed relief in Week 4.9. Pittsburgh Steelers2016 record: 2-1 Week 3 ranking: No. 2What was that? Three points when you want to average 30? Thats ... not good. QB Ben Roethlisberger has completed less than 55 percent of his passes the past two weeks, and now has to face a Chiefs team that intercepted six passes in Week 3.10. Baltimore Ravens2016 record: 3-0 Week 3 ranking: No. 13The Ravens are unbeaten but those three wins came by a combined 13 points. Thats the third-lowest points differential for a team that started a season 3-0 in the past 15 years. The 2-1 Raiders provide a tough test on Sunday.11. Dallas Cowboys2016 record: 2-1 Week 3 ranking: No. 18QB Dak Prescott ranks in the top three in Total QBR through Week 3. He has completed at least 73 percent of his passes in two of three games and has yet to throw an interception. He gets a chance to continue the hot play at San Francisco in Week 4.12. Kansas City Chiefs2016 record: 2-1 Week 3 ranking: No. 11The Chiefs have posted a monster comeback and a dominating performance in their two wins this season, and couldnt have looked worse in their loss. Who are the Chiefs exactly? We might find out Sunday night at Pittsburgh.13. Cincinnati Bengals2016 record: 1-2 Week 3 ranking: No. 8The Bengals have converted only three of their 10 red zone drives into touchdowns this season, and could desperately use Tyler Eifert or another red zone threat. Lucky for Cincinnati they get to host the Dolphins in Week 4 on a short week, which could mask any of their bigger problems for the time being.14. Oakland Raiders2016 record: 2-1 Week 3 ranking: No. 16In Week 3, the Raiders defense held the Titans to 10 points after allowing 69 points in Weeks 1-2 combined. A win and another impressive defensive performance against the 3-0 Ravens on Sunday could legitimize the Raiders as contenders.15. New York Giants2016 record: 2-1 Week 3 ranking: No. 12If it seems like every Giants game comes down to the final drive, its because most do. The Giants have played nine games decided by three or fewer points the past two seasons, including all three this season, most in the NFL. The Giants head to Minnesota for a Week 4 game on Monday night.16. Houston Texans2016 record: 2-1 Week 3 ranking: No. 6The Texans might have hit rock bottom in Week 3, getting shut out and losing to the Patriots third-string QB in his first start. The good news is the Texans are still 2-1 and will have two home games against division foes in the next three weeks. Houston could be sitting pretty following that stretch.17. Detroit Lions2016 record: 1-2 Week 3 ranking: No. 20Marvin Jones is doing a pretty nice Calvin Johnson impersonation, posting more yards through three games than Johnson ever did. But this is still the Lions, so dont be surprised by that 1-2 start. A rebound in Chicago this week is possible though.18. Atlanta Falcons2016 record: 2-1 Week 3 ranking: No. 17The Falcons have now scored a franchise-record 104 points through their first three games but somehow have only a plus-13 point differential. If the Falcons can keep up the scoring, they can take a firm hold of the NFC South with a victory over the Panthers this week.19. New York Jets2016 record: 1-2 Week 3 ranking: No. 14In Week 2, Ryan Fitzpatrick posted a 93 Total QBR (scaled 0-100) and seemed unstoppable. In Week 3, Fitzpatricks interception total (6) was higher than his QBR (5). The Jets cant afford the bad Fitzpatrick to show up much more, let alone against the stout Seahawks defense in Week 4.20. Washington Redskins2016 record: 1-2 Week 3 ranking: No. 25Things looked pretty bad for Washington after Week 2, but a win against the Giants and a home game against the Browns could put the team at 2-2 and right in the thick of things. Thats where they were last season after four games, after all.21. San Diego Chargers2016 record: 1-2 Week 3 ranking: No. 19The Chargers are 1-2, but theyve lost on scores in overtime and with 1:17 left in the fourth quarter. If the Chargers can hold on in Week 4 against the Saints, theyll probably feel better about their start (and finishes).22. Buffalo Bills2016 record: 1-2 Week 3 ranking: No. 30Maybe it was Greg Romans fault? The Bills dominated the Cardinals with their most decisive win against a team other than the Dolphins since Week 13 of 2014. Can lightning strike twice for the Bills in Week 4 at the Patriots?23. Indianapolis Colts2016 record: 1-2 Week 3 ranking: No. 23Andrew Luck has thrown four of his six touchdowns this season when trailing in the fourth quarter. He comes through late, but at some point it would be nice to see him not have to do so. That could be this week, as Luck has won five straight against the Jaguars.24. Los Angeles Rams2016 record: 2-1 Week 3 ranking: No. 28The Rams two most recent 30-point games have been against the Buccaneers, so lets just chalk the Week 3 scoring outburst to having Tampas number. If the Rams can put up points against the Cardinals in Arizona, then maybe we can start taking Case Keenum & Co. seriously.25. Miami Dolphins2016 record: 1-2 Week 3 ranking: No. 29This team needed overtime and some luck to beat the Browns at home. A short week and then a game at the Bengals will not help matters, nor will the fact that this team cant hang on to the ball. The Dolphins have the third-lowest time of possession this season.26. Tennessee Titans2016 record: 1-2 Week 3 ranking: No. 21The Titans need to work on ball control if they want to win some games. They have a minus-19 turnover differential the past two seasons, and are 2-1 in that time when posting a positive differential. A big division game against the Texans this week will bring the turnover battle to the forefront.27. New Orleans Saints2016 record: 0-3 Week 3 ranking: No. 24The Saints are 0-2 when scoring 30 or more points this season. The rest of the NFL is 20-3 when scoring 30 or more points. QB Drew Brees will need some defensive help to beat his former team in his return to San Diego for a Week 4 game.28. Tampa Bay Buccaneers2016 record: 1-2 Week 3 ranking: No. 22Jameis Winston is tied for the league lead in touchdown passes (eight) but also has thrown the second-most interceptions. Winston will need more of the former and less of the latter if he wants to take out the defending Super Bowl champions this week.29. Jacksonville Jaguars2016 record: 0-3 Week 3 ranking: No. 27Of the four 0-3 teams this season, the Jaguars and Saints are the only ones who havent started a second quarterback yet. Blake Bortles has now thrown 24 interceptions in one-score games in his career, most in the NFL since 2014. The Jags head to London to host the Colts in Week 4.30. San Francisco 49ers2016 record: 1-2 Week 3 ranking: No. 31It looks like that Week 1 win against Los Angeles was once again fools gold for the 49ers. The 49ers have been outscored by 48 points in the first three quarters the past two weeks before narrowing the margin in garbage time. A home game against the Cowboys awaits them Sunday.31. Chicago Bears2016 record: 0-3 Week 3 ranking: No. 26The worst point differential in the NFL currently doesnt belong to the Jaguars or the Bucs or even the Browns. Nope, that distinction belongs to the Bears, who will have to find a way to slow a still potent Lions offense in Week 4.32. Cleveland Browns2016 record: 0-3 Week 3 ranking: No. 32Cody Kessler didnt look bad in Week 3, and maybe more important, didnt get hurt. Throw in a not-so-secret weapon in Terrelle Pryor and the Browns could be OK offensively. Will that equate to wins? A road game against Washington isnt the worst matchup in the world. CLEVELAND -- Wild Thing is warming up for the Indians.Actor Charlie Sheen, who played the bespectacled Ricky Wild Thing Vaughn in the movie Major League, has offered to throw out the ceremonial first pitch before one of this years World Series games.Shortly after Cleveland won the American League?pennant on Wednesday in Toronto, fans began posting their wishes on social media to have Sheen -- well, Vaughn -- be part of the pregame festivities. The World Series opens Tuesday in Cleveland.Sheen responded to the demand Thursday on Twitter, posting a photo of himself as Vaughn in his Indians uniform and writing, Major League continues to be the gift that keeps on giving! if called upon, Id be honored.Released in 1989, Major League is a fictional account of the Indians finishing in first place with an unconventional group of players including Vaugghn, who struggled to find the strike zone and warmed up to Wild Thing, a No.dddddddddddd 1 hit song in 1966 by The Troggs. The real Cleveland Indians, who overcame injuries to win the AL Central, before knocking off Boston and Toronto in the playoffs, took a page from Major League earlier this season.Slugger Mike Napoli and second baseman Jason Kipnis constructed a shrine in an empty clubhouse stall between their lockers, just?like the one in the movie. In the film, character Pedro Cerrano practices voodoo and prays to an idol named Jobu to help him hit curveballs. Like Cerrano, Napoli and Kipnis have their own Jobu and have left gifts, including small bottles of rum and cigars, to keep them out of hitting slumps. ' ' '
