TRIPOLI Authentic Orlando Cepeda Jersey , March 18 (Xinhua) -- The death toll of the violent clashes between Libya dawn militias and the Islamic State (IS) affiliated militants in Libya's Sirte increased to 12 on Wednesday, according to a military source.


""IS affiliated elements carried a surprise offensive against a security site of our forces, particularly in the town of Nofaliya in Sirte District. Violent clashes broke out on Saturday between IS militants and forces of Libya Dawn in the city of Sirte.
