The Rugby Football Union has signed a new ￡200 million deal with Premiership Rugby with the new Heads of Agreement deal governing the relationship between the union and the clubs for the next eight years.The deal, which is nearly double the money from the previous agreement in 2007, sees Eddie Jones allowed to expand his Elite Player Squad to 45 players -- from 33 -- the introduction of a 20-man secondary EPS squad and more compulsory rest periods brought in for Englands players.
